Description: This Xbox one chatpad has been tested and functions normally except for one defect. When headphones were plugged in fully, a continuous high pitched whining sound plays. The sound stops when the headphone jack is pulled out slightly and the audio played clearly for the rest of the testing. This chatpad can still be used with wired headphones as long as they are not plugged in too tight, or with wireless headphones without issue. There is also a small crack in the frame as pictured that does not affect the keyboard functionality.
