This unusual old part was quality old-school USA made of aluminum by William Karl & Sons, Middle Villiage N.Y. and was designed to closely resemble an early Rocket Engine ...very cool! It claims: "BOOSTS MILEAGE~~~BOOSTS POWER~~~WITH LESS GAS". I've been buying NOS parts and accessories for over 40 years and this is the first one I've ever seen ...so I consider it to be rare.
