Description: This is a really neat tray, exact original use I am not sure if. I would wager it is from the 50’s. It is very good quality construction from heavy gauge brass. It is plated in either silver, or possibly nickel. The handles are made of a very heavy duty, almost Bakelite like plastic. It is simple yet ornate, with filigree design around the edge. It does have a couple places where the plating has worn thin. There are spots on the backside showing some staining or oxidation. Overall, I think it is a really cool tray and would look great on just about any horizontal surface in your house.
