Pen holder loop on inside back. I have photographed this in indirect & bright sunlight. Size is approximately 9 1/2 x 7 1/4. Inserts included-plastic dividers and lined paper. Additional are readily available at office supply retailers. I used the size "4" for inserts. Shipping is Flat Rate Priority mail in a medium box.
