O Scale Haunted / Abandoned House w/ light kit

Description: My daughter-in law wanted a Halloween House, so I decided to make one in O scale and offer it to the community. I will only be making a limited amount of these already built. Since the built model comes already weathered and with the lighting installed. Please note the 10 day lead time for this kit, since it takes some time to print, assemble, and weather. Once built this house is big! Approximately 11 inches long by 7 1/2 inches wide, by 7 1/8” high. The KIT version is easy to assemble since the structure is all one piece, and the main roof can simply sit on top without glueing for access to the interior. The front porch, rear porch, porch roofs, shutters, cloudy window glass, and wood planks need to be glued. The windows pop in from the inside and can either be glued or not. The inner floor is secured in place by glueing 4 beams to the inner walls and sitting the floor on top of these. The structure comes with a dedicated location for the light control box placement, with a hole for insertion of the power cord.
