Description: This is a very nice looking, brand new with tags and never worn high end custom mens made to measure suit in a size 36L by Oliver Wicks using special Vitale Barberis Canonico wool. This was made for the original owner, and is fully bespoke with hand tailoring details. This suit is brand new and never worn as the original owner did not finalize the sale of this suit. It still has the tags attached, as well as the extra buttons for future use. This suit is a custom made to measure item......so the measurements should be verified before bidding. Please verify below.....thank you. This suit is made of a nice 100% Vitale Barberis Canonico 1663 Perennial Super 110’s wool. The wool is made in Italy in an elegant solid charcoal gray. This is a great suit......so please see the up close pictures for the best example of this wonderful material and color. It is a 2 button single breasted coat with 4 surgeon cuff working buttons on the sleeves. Please note that in the photos, we show one of the buttons on done on the cuff to show the design. There is nothing wrong with the buttons, and this surgeon cuff design is shown in the photos…..plus you can see the nice contrast stitching as well. It has a double vented rear and it is fully lined in a royal blue colored lining with 3 interior pockets plus the pen slot. The exterior edges have classic hand pick stitching detailing for the high end look. The first button hole on each cuff is done in royal blue stitching to match the lining and contrast nicely against the charcoal gray wool. This is easily seen in the photos. The pants have a contemporary pleated front, a double button front closure with a inside button, side seam angle waistline pockets, they are lined on the interior to the knee in the front, have the reinforced crotch match stitching detail, exterior pick stitching along the edges, and have 2 buttoned rear pockets. These pants have interior braces buttons and do not feature belt loops. These are custom pants that feature two side waistline tightening cinch closures instead of belt loops. This is actually a slightly adjustable waistband because of this cinch closure feature. Please see the photos. The pants are finished with a strait hem with the material folded inside allowing one to professionally lengthen if needed up to about 1 extra inch. The zipper is done in the optional higher end YKK zipper. The inside of the cuffs have the heel guard extra material ribbon as shown in the photos. The measurements for the jacket are as follows: CHEST = 39 1/2 inches around the chest measured under the armpit area around the outside of the coat. We measure around the outside circumference of the jacket as if it was being worn by a person. We do not take measurements laying flat. SLEEVES = 33 1/4 inches from the center of the back neckline to the end of the cuffs, 24 5/8 inches from the shoulder seam to the end of the cuffs. The length at the cuffs is definitely a long size, which could actually border on being closer to an extra long length. So please verify this measurement. TAIL = 28 inches from the BOTTOM of the collar to the end of the tail hem in back SHOULDERS = 17 1/4 inches across the shoulder from seam to seam WAISTLINE = 37 1/2 inches around the midsection of the outside of the jacket at the bottom button which is about 9 1/2 inches up from the bottom button. We measure around the outside circumference of the jacket as if it was being worn by a person. We do not take measurements laying flat. The pant measurements are: WAIST = 34 inches around the inside of the waistband. Laying flat they are about 17 inches across the waistband. There is about 2 extra inches of material to expand professionally as needed. LENGTH INSEAM = 29 inch inseam measured to the end of the pant hem with about 1 inches of extra material to lengthen as needed. OVERALL LENGTH = 39 inches long from the waistline to the end of hem RISE = 10 inches. LEG OPENING = 7 inches wide This brand new Oliver Wicks men’s suit is pure quality and knowing it is custom made to measure using high end elegant VBC Italian wool, in a fashionable design and cut, you know this is a legacy clothing article to own and appreciate for many years to come. Plus it has great detailing you get in a made to measure suit like the the surgeon cuff working buttons, pick stitching, and custom interior lining. This suit does have the original owners initials embroidered into the interior, as it was custom made. It says “CH” above the interior pockets on the lining in royal blue. You can see in the photos and this would never be seen when wearing it. Again, this suit is brand new, and never worn. This was a custom-made suit, never picked up by the original owner. What a great find in this size with the classic charcoal gray wool which will never go out of style. This is definitely an heirloom legacy suit that you can own for a very long time.
