This would also make a GREAT glam witch.There are no content labels but it feels like polyester.Shell is a stretchy floral lace.Lining in a woven with a double layer under skirt.High, satin edged neck with a hook and eye closure. (the eye is missing). This is a simple popover ~ just slip over head. The sleeve openings are also edged in satin.Waist is gathered and seamed. This and the double lining at skirt creates some pouf.Two wide satiny ribbons connect at each side to be tied in the back. It is generously long. Could possibly double wrap around waist.
