Description: Hello and thank you for viewing my listing. Today you are purchasing a very rare part slice specimen of NWA 8547 Official Achondrite Primitive Ureilite Meteorite from Northwest Africa. Ureilites are super rare to come by, especially this one. Gorgeous specimen with excellent matrix filled with tons of triple junctions, outer patina and extremely hard to cut and almost out. Refer to the NOMCOM write-up for all the information. Total known weight (TKW) of only 103.8 grams from the start less the 20.0 gram donation/type spec meaning very little of this meteorite ever to share. Excellent addition to your collection. THE 100 CLUB IS A NEW CATEGORY I HAVE MADE. IT HAS COME TO MY ATTENTION LAST YEAR THAT A LOT OF MY CLASSIFICATIONS, ESPECIALLY THE OLDER ONES FROM 2006 AND ON, WON'T EVER HIT 100 IN SPECIMENS MADE AVAILABLE. I WILL BE STARTING AT MY FIRST CLASSIFICATIONS AND GOING THROUGH THEM ONE BY ONE THIS YEAR AND FIGURING OUT HOW MANY WILL MAKE IT TO THE 100 CLUB AND HOW MANY WILL KEEP GOING BEYOND THAT.
