We sell lots of NOS parts in NOS condition. Some are really, really nice. Usually our NOS parts are in very good condition except for a minor manufacturer flaw or some small scratches from storage. We will try to note anything unusual in the description. NOS parts do not always come in an old box or bag from a dealership. Sometimes they come from storage locations where they were stored in bulk. Anything we list as NOS has never been installed on a car. NONE of it comes from anywhere but the USA. I purchased a lot of Cadillac emblems from a former tech and this was part of that group. Hard to find in this condition.
