Description: Up for sale here is this NOS unused Illinois Capacitor, dated 1996. It is marked 47 uf at 500v, and tests very close to that, with minimal leakage/ESR. This will work great for you. I would recommend bringing it up on a Variac. The leads might be a little shorter on this, but it's still NOS. Please see my pictures for details and test results.
