This horn is 290Hz tone D (note D) which is the deep (low) note on the Porsche 356 Pre A, period six volt Mercedes models or other European marquees utilizing a 6 volt low / high two horn set-up. Made in Germany. Manufacture (Bosch) date stamped 8K (August 1954). In original Bosch box also date stamped 7K. Both horn and box in excellent original condition. Three piece mounting strap.
