Description: These vintage cuffs were used in law enforcement during the 1980 and 1990s in Peterburg, Va. I'm not sure as to their history before that. Smith and Wesson made in Houlton, Me. They have seen action as evidenced by their scuff marks. They are in usable condition but because of their age and manufacturer, they should be a collectable for any one in that category. It does not come with a key that is long lost. However, they unlock with standard handcuff keys that are widely available. This item is part of an estate sale. Thanks for looking.
