Description: For your consideration is Nice Vintage Circa 1940's or later, Esterbrook Lever Filler Fountain Pen, Solid Black with and Esterbrook 1554 Nib, Firm. Note: What's nice about Esterbrook pens is that the nib/feed units are interchangeable. They can be easily screwed and unscrewed to clean or use with whatever style of Esterbrook nib you have. There is an Esterbrook nib chart that outlines the numerous Esterbrook nib styles that have been made. The condition of this pen is Very Good, well preserved, lightly used. Very clean with no cracks or scratches. There is a few teeth marks on the end of the pen barrel (see pictures). The rubber bladder has not been replaced but I ran some water through the pen and the bladder seems to still be in good working order. Pen measures about 5" inhes long when closed.
