Description: This is an incredible sterling silver presentation spoon, likely a commemorative of a hunt or possibly a shooting trophy as the stem features two shotguns. The top has a coat of arms armorial design – unresearched that could yield some clue to a club or aristocratic country estate. The spoon is hallmarked London and dated 1937, produced by H.P. Weight of spoon alone is approximately 17.9 grams. A leather and velvet presentation box is included, the spoon has been handled minimally throughout the years and retains sharp details throughout. Measures 4.75 inches long and 0.75 inch wide at the bowl. A very unique and high quality item. Check out our other antique listings.
