The SuperOne feature 6½” mid/bass woofers and 1” soft dome tweeters crossed-over at 2.2kHz. Those capable drivers are housed in acoustic suspension cabinets constructed of MDF and covered in a piano-gloss white laminate finish that's easy to maintain. The reasonably-sized SuperOne speakers blend effortlessly with just about any listening room décor. This pair of NHT SuperOne speakers is in very clean, excellent condition. There are no dents, chips, or scratches on the cabinets, just a few small edge scuffs that are practically invisible. Plus, the grilles are in great shape with no holes, runs, or stains to the cloth, solid frames with perfectly intact mount pegs, and the NHT emblems are in good form. These SuperOne speakers present exceptionally well at all distances. In addition, the woofers’ rigid paper cones and voice coil dustcaps are flawless and the tweeter domes are dimple-free perfect. Plus, the woofers have permanent rubber surrounds that will last indefinitely. Most importantly, the SuperOne speakers play strong and clear with fast, detailed midrange, sparkly 25kHz highs, and solid bass response for the woofer size. Plus, they’re rated up to 150 watts per channel, so it’s a definitely a sturdy platform. Also, the binding post terminals are conveniently angled for no-fuss connections and can accommodate banana plugs, pins, as well as fairly large gauge raw cable.
