This was one of the last remaining Arkanoid Boxes Taito had when we bought it from them over 20 years ago. This is the original box brand new! never used! This box is brand new! It is shipped Flat as that is how it came to us.Arkanoid was one of my favorite games in the arcade and on NES. When I ran Ultimate Game club in the 80's and bought direct from Taito I asked if they had any more of Arkanoid. They said yes but the controllers they had in their factory were refurbished. I asked them if they could manufacturer a small qty of Arkanoid for us to sell in our stores and mail order. They said yes and made a final run of 1000 pcs for my company. We sold almost all of them but retained a small quantity for future investment. They made them special for us with a Factory refurbished controller as they had no more new ones but they had new pots and pc boards to refurb non working ones.They also had all the extra parts brand new like the box, tray, manual and game in their warehouse. When Taito manufactured these last Arkanoid games for us there were extra parts over and above what we had games for . We are now selling these brand new original parts.
