Description: Generally worn and offered "AS IS" An interesting piece of history ! The book has 450 pages with a dozen or so publisher advert pages. The item is really an artifact of the past with antique calling cards, mostly from the Boston area, pasted to the front and rear boards, end- pages, and advert. pages. The book itself shows it's age with considerable wear and use. Scuffed, scratched, wrinkled cloth, worn extremities, frayed spine ends, splitting lower spine seams, rubbed corners and board edges, cracked front hinge that is partially busted open to the spine but is holding by the mid binding thread, there is a name to the upper front inner board and to the upper title, as well as notes to margins of some pages. Pages are tanned and there is some spotting & various stains. The advert page opposite of the title is torn at the top half. Loose spine-back. Some chipped page edges.
