I purchased this in 2003 from Walgreens Drugstore and immediately put it in storage, where it has been safely ever since. It is BRAND NEW - NEVER DISPLAYED! It has only been opened to ensure new ornament is undamaged before shipping. It is made of a bisque type porcelain and appears to be hand painted. Very detailed with glittery snow accents. CITY HALL measures about 3.75" long x 2.75" wide x 3" tall. There is a hole in the bottom to insert a small tree light to illuminate the house. This is BRAND NEW & NEVER DISPLAYED.
