This guitar is our Model 110CEL, which features a solid Spruce top, laminated Sapele back & sides, in a low-gloss, matte finish. This model was designed to be our most affordable acoustic/electric 10-string ever, in an effort to make owning these guitars a reality for a greater number of players. Still included are some very nice cosmetic features, such as the two front / back rosewood headstook veneers, as well as two adjustable truss rods, allowing you to maintain a perfectly straight neck, and helps keep the neck perfectly flat for years to come. This guitar is the newest acoustic/electric model from Cathedral Guitars. The goal here was to keep the tonewoods and workmanship quality very high, but with a simpler cosmetic design to keep the price even more affordable than before. When we came along 18 years, the only 10-String available was the Ramirez 1a for $15k!!!. Our mission has been to bring the price down by 90%, and making the ownership of this type of a guitar a reality, instead of just a dream.
