Description: Atlas Craftsman 10/12" lathe change gear This is a custom designed and 3D printed replacement gear for the older lathes. This gear is designed to be a very close match to the original parts but beefed up in the areas that make it as strong as possible. The gear should give many years of general use and may even last as long as the original gear did. The original gears were a zamak pot metal alloy that breaks down over time. This engineering grade plastic will withstand most oils and lubes. The gear is made with 32 teeth and is compatible with 9, 10, and 12-inch lathes. It is designed to fit just like the original gears with a center hole and double keyways. This uses the Atlas double keyed spacers to mate this gear with other gears in the chain. I also sell the spacers to fit in my other listings. The gear is made in the USA. This is for only ONE gear.
