The rest of the pully is polished with a smooth finish. The round crown portion of the pulley where the sanding belt would go is approximately 9/16" wide. The flat portion of the pulley where the drive belt would go is approximately 3/4" wide. Shaft hole measures approximately 1/2" in diameter. Shaft should probably be a little less than the 1/2" (12.50mm) diameter in order to slide in all the way. I'm guessing the shaft diameter should about 31/64 (12.30mm) in diameter to fit properly.
