Description: This seed grown Nepenthes Vietchii is a rooted basal cutting from my "Valiant Voyage" I ordered from Predatory Plants a few years ago. Although the pitchers aren't very big the leaves are certainly are! The leaf span is currently 6 inches. I believe the small pitcher size is due to it being in a shadier part of my grow area. Per that Carnivero article the more light the bigger the pitchers and the smaller the leaf size. The pitchers when more mature have a nice pink body with a BIG golden peristome and faint striping. The last image is of the mother plant. They prefer temps between 70F - 90F, with a humidity of 60% with indirect sunlight (morning direct light is fine). I will try to ship out the plant within a few days of you ordering it. If for some reason I can't I will contact you. It will ship it bare root with UPSP priority mail.
