When completely full of pansies, one can barely see the vase as the petals fall so far over its edge. It becomes simply a circle of pansies. Of course, any flower will add to its charm. It was. formed from clay, fired and glazed in his pottery. He has signed and dated this Redware creation in his usual fashion, C. Ned Foltz, 1994, Reinholds Pa., The Foltz Pottery. It is now a vintage piece having no chips or cracks and in excellent condition, especially for its age. Measurements: Width…8.75” Height…1.75” It makes a perfect gift along with flat of pansies to plant in the early spring….for yourself or as that gift to present with this vase.
