Description: Excelsior, true believers! This is a new, unopened, SHREDDER AND KRANG action figure set, from the 2019/2020 TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES "Reel Toys" releases. This great NECA Toys figure has multiple points of articulation, and seems to be in the SEVEN INCH SCALE. The packaging is in excellent condition, but there is minor nicking on the edges of the box.
