Description: For sale is a used Natuzzi Abele B641 sofa set. We purchased this set from the Macy's clearance center. Usually these are store returned items. At that time a new set was approximately $9,900 for the sectional and the chair was around $1,800. Here is a link that shows the same configuration for the sectional which shows this pricing. There are two powered recliners on the ends and the chair is also a powered recliner. Overall the sofa and chair are in good shape. The cushions are firm and provide support. The tilt mechanisms for the headrests work as they should. The power reclining functions and controls work as they should. You will see in the photos the corner does not have a headrest that tilts like the other sections. This sofa was primarily used to fill a space that was never used. My sister and her daughter would visit twice a year for two weeks and the daughter liked sitting in that area. It was her sitting room. The rest of us did not use it much at all. Once we had the sofa at home for a while we discovered a few issues with the sectional. A board that supports the armrest was broken on both the right and left armrest. I have reinforced those sections and they seem to be holding up well but I wanted to be completely upfront with the condition so there are no surprises. You can see those repairs in the pictures. The MDF wood they used is a weak spot for this design so I placed solid plywood in to support the board. The armrests on the chair are still in good condition. There are two spots where the stitching on the leather has come apart. It looks like this is a result of transportation because they are the easiest areas to grab a hold of when moving them. I'm sure this can be reinforced to avoid getting worse over time but for now it is still holding well. There are a few marks on the leather bot overall in great shape. No major scratches or issues. All of the motors and controls work for the recliners. Since I did not use the sofa much at all I kept them unplugged to avoid damage from power surges etc. I have kept them plugged in this week to make sure everything works properly and so far everything seems to be fine. I have listed it on a local classified website for a lower price, since there are to selling fees on that site. First come first serve. Please take a look at the pictures to get an idea of condition.
