Description: This is a handmade tufa cast band ring made by artisan George Hayden. The ring features a natural Number 8 Mine turquoise stone with a rectangular shape sky blue in color, and tan to red spiderweb matrix. The stone was mined in the 1940s by Lee Hand, co-owner of the mine. The turquoise was never stabilized, making it rare in the turquoise market today. The ring is made of solid 925 sterling silver and weighs 34 grams. The ring is size 12. The stone width is 3/4 inch, and the stone weighs 12 carats.
