Description: Windy is in good condition from a pet and smoke free home. No hair cuts or paint rub on eyes or cheeks. Cutie marks change color but it is difficult to see the details once it’s white (see photos for a better explanation). There appears the be some bubbling on it as well as some spots that aren’t turning back green (see photos). Brush is in great condition.
