Description: Box set of the first four novellas from the Murderbot series by Martha Wells. Wells has stated that these first four novellas complete a self contained story arc. Other books in the Murderbot universe have since been published that are unrelated to this sets primary storyline. Each book is signed by the author and the box is signed in red sharpie! Signatures were obtained in person at Mini-con 56 in Minneapolis, Minnesota at which Wells was the Author Guest of Honor. Wells is notoriously shy and signed works are rare. The books are all first editions of later print runs (see details below). As noted, Wells has signed the box as well as the books, making this a unique item, there being no similar items on Ebay or specialty bookselling sites. The box has some unfortunate dings and there is some minor crimping to the bottom edges of a couple of the books but they are unread and appear as new except as noted.
