Multi-Fuel Waste Oil Heater(200,000+btu)

Description: We design, weld, and fabricate heavy duty waste oil heaters that can help you save thousands of dollars every year. Some of the many benefits our heaters include are they run on any waste oil(motor oil, vegetable/peanut oil), diesel fuel, or home heating oil. Our heaters are gravity fed, which helps make this heater almost 100% maintenance free besides basic cleaning. They are very efficient, only burning approximately a gallon of waste oil every 3 hours. These heaters make great use for garages, shops, service stations, and warehouses. Being that these heaters are gravity\drip fed, a line is ran from your oil reservoir(optional with purchase of heater) down into the burn chamber of the heater. This oil line includes an emergency shut-off valve, a drip set valve, and a restricted flow tip to control oil flow to ensure your heater does not get too hot. A few other safety features this heater includes is an air baffle for shutting down and starting your heater, and another air baffle on the exhaust side to adjust the flow of air. This heater also includes a heat shield between the main oil feed line and the heater to ensure there is no possible risk of fire. Many people think that waste oil heaters come with greater risk, however this is only true when they are built incorrectly. Now what makes our heaters so cost efficient, is our heavy duty steel burn pan made easily accessible with a reinforced steel door to prevent warping and air leaks. This heavy duty burn pan is designed so that when your heater is initially lit, heat will rise pulling cold air in from below, creating the powerful vortex that is necessary for one of these heaters to operate efficiently. Above the door on the top side of your heater includes 6 heat exchangers and an optional blower and mount. Choosing this blower allows you to significantly raise your btu output of your heater. (Approximately up to 250,000btu/hr with blower) Being that this heater is self operated/lit, there is no thermostat. Instructions on how to operate are included with the stove(lit and operated similar to a pellet stove). This allows us to cut our costs significantly and one of the main reasons these heaters are starting to become so in demand is because of how much money they are saving!
