Description: This is a condiment ladle by the noted silversmiths, Mulholland Brothers. The hallmark shows "Sterling" and the anvil mark for Mulholland. The 2 brothers worked in the 1914 to 1920 era and this item would have come from those years and is an antique. The handle is curved and the bottom of the handle has been slightly "hammered" to produce a lovely texture. The top of the handle has a stylized "S" engraved in it and is done in an Art Deco style. The bottom of the bowl has also been very slightly "hammered" but the inside of the bowl is smooth. This piece measures approx. 5 1/2 inches in length and the bowl measures 1 1/2 inches across.
