Mugwort ~ Fresh Dried

Description: Mugwort grows abundantly and lushly on this farm by the ocean. It was harvested right after it flowered, before the seeds formed, a very small window. A fresh crop is now dried and ready for tea or smoking. Mugwort is used to support the digestive and reproductive systems. The herb is thought to help relax the uterus, and therefore induce a late menstrual cycle and relieve cramps. As a bitter herb, it is believed to stimulate gastric juice and bile secretion. It is not advised for women who are pregnant, as it may cause uterine contraction. All teas are made to order, packaged and shipped within a few days. Medicinal Uses: An excellent nervine. Used for insomnia and nervousness. Kills parasitic worms internally. It is said to enhance whatever level of dreaming one is developed in. For example, if one can not remember ones' dreams, Mugwort will enhance and help the individual to develop this. If one is at the next level of dreaming, cognitive dreaming: (being aware one is dreaming and being able to "manipulate" the dream at will) Mugwort will enhance this. The herbs are organically grown on by me a farm in Dartmouth, MA without chemicals or pesticides.They are air-dried and hand garbled. Dried herbs are stored in food safe canisters or glass jars. They are packaged to order in new biodegradable paper pouches. PLEASE NOTE that dried herb quantities are not sold by weight. This is a quality product without added stems. The Medium pouch weighs 1-1.5 oz and holds 3 cups of dried tea. The Large bag weighs approx. 2 oz. The X-large bag is 3-3.5 oz. The bundles with stems weigh 3-4 oz.
