I'm not trying to mislead anyone, and if you think someone is legitimately selling full Jumpstart decks for this price, you are out of your mind. Many people use these as tokens or bases of alters, or for cover cards for their existing decks. Cards are unplayed and were put into sleeves immediately upon being pulled. Will ship with Tracking via USPS First-Class Package Service. My responsibility is to get items packed and delivered to the Post Office within 2 business day after ordering. Anything that happens in transit beyond that is out of my control. Shipping Information Please pay attention to available shipping options at checkout. Most items will ship with USPS by default, but larger items will likely be set as either FedEx or UPS as default. If I notice a large discrepancy between USPS and FedEx/UPS when I'm creating the shipment, I will contact you directly to see if you would like to change your choice of shipping. FedEx/UPS shipping will typically be slower than USPS, so any savings will come with a trade-off. If a refund is due to you because the shipping cost is lowered, it will be issued directly through eBay when the shipment is created.
