From a local estate. Cosmetics-The tool is clean overall with some general wear and tarnish. Looks like it was used but cared for. The chrome is still bright and shiny with some minor pitting. Some indented wear on top where the handle attaches. The handle has some hard residue on the end of the grip. The accessories are good overall with some corrosion and rust to varying degrees.
