This manual is not for the earliest model EE with the round gearbox selector plate. This manual was dated 1980. I do have a manual for EE lathes with the early motor-generator speed control, and also a manual for the later solid state speed control. This manual covers a good description of the lathe and mechanisms, and has an Operator Section with a schematic included for the vacuum tube thyratron electronic speed control. It includes Service Hints, Operations, Adjustments, and it Includes the Electrical Diagram for the Three Tube V-S Drive, and it also includes Sectional Parts Views and Parts List. The manual has about 71 pages, with 5 of them being foldouts. This manual is more geared towards the electrical servicing aspect of the variable speed drive than the other manual I have for the three tube variable speed lathe.
