Top notes are Peach, Red Apple and Grapefruit with notes of orange blossom, vanilla, tonka bean, amber and musk. It smells wonderful and is about 90% full. Please note the chrome paint on the plastic near the spray top has come off a little bit. It isn't any big deal but needs to be mentioned. It has the lid and NO box.
