Description: 1922 (P) Peace Dollar, Brilliant Uncirculated, (BU), Toning! The Peace dollar is a United States dollar coin minted for circulation from 1921 to 1928 and again from 1934 to 1935, with a recent collector's issue in 2021. Designed by Anthony de Francisci, it resulted from a competition to find designs emblematic of peace. On the obverse, you'll find the head and neck of the Goddess of Liberty in profile, while the reverse depicts a bald eagle at rest clutching an olive branch, with the word Peace. This coin was the last U.S. dollar struck for circulation in silver This particular coin is a 1922 coin from the Philadelphia Mint and is considered in Brilliant Uncirculated (BU) condition. This coin would make a valuable collection to any coin collection, especially today with the ever increasing values of silver combined with the actual collector's value. Shipping & Handling This coin will ship from Berkeley California via USPS Ground Advantage.
