The stopwatch function is temperamental; can be engaged, stopped and reset, but not always returning to zero. From a quick look at the Valjoux 72 movement, the minute register spring has already been repaired and will probably need to be replaced with a new one. The watch is generally in good cosmetic condition, with signs of patina on the dial and will require a repair, serious cleaning and oiling. Hence sold as is, for repair or for parts.
