Description: Attention Hams: Midland 70-050A 10 Meter FM 50 watt Programmable 29-35 mhz Transceiver. These are great little radios. Comes with Mic and Power Cord. Radio is used, but not abused. With CTTS board and scan Radio is programmed and tuned for 10-meters already. Radio is tested and currently programmed for the common frequencies.Several 10 M FM Frequencies are in it. Including 29.5 and 29.6 and 29.52/62 54/64, 56/66 and 58/68. The channel number displays the TRANSMIT frequency. 52, 54, 56, and 58 are receiving 100 khz higher for the repeater outputs on those freqs. Ten meter fm is a lot of fun and can reach other hams worldwide. A General class license, or above, is required to use this radio. NO SCAN. Reprogramming is not available. It is my opinion that these commercial radios outperform normal ham radios, with all their complicated menues.
