Description: Object of desire!! Offered is a Mid century 60s/70s Arcosanti bronze bell. These were conceived by Paolo Soleri, an Italian architect known for coining the term “arcology” (an amalgamation of the words architecture and ecology). He was a head of his time with an environmentally minded design philosophy that prioritized low impact ethos. This is a beauty.. with early design traits including a large elongated tulip form held by three heavy bar segmented link chain…love these…so sculptural!! The kite is large and wide with a four fold design. The piece looks sacred almost like an antiquity…the patina is exceptional! Dimensions: top to bottom… 24” long….widest point on the bell is 4 1/2”.. widest on the kite is 5”. Sublime!! Smoke/pet free. Thank you for looking! Payment appreciated within 2 days of purchase
