Nick Castle who played "the Shape" in the original 1978 horror masterpiece as well as 6 year old Myers played by Will Sandin have both autographed this game and I included photos of both signing this extremely rare Atari 2600 video game. Autographs were authenticated by JSA and has a tamper-proof sticker on it and comes with matching serial card. JSA serial # is AX57996 and can be looked up in the JSA authentication database online.
