This is common for record labels to market these signed copies, have the artist sign the insert, then have them re-Insert it and reseal it. I have gotten many like this over the years, and they are authentic and genuine. Target does a good number like this now with their exclusive CD versions they offer. I’m just glad I was able to get this album on a CD. I still buy CDs and I love them. I want to hold it, and be able to open it and look at that liner notes and everything else. In an age that is pushing toward digital download, I am still a CD collector! I am hoping that this item will find a good home with a similar collector. There are no returns on items for any reason. I have been a seller on eBay for well over a decade and unfortunately I have had more people try to send me back things that were never mine to begin with, that I have a no return policy that EBay Has worked with me and helped me implement to disable fraud.
