The artwork is an original work of art depicting a bird that looks t be a Blue Macaw Parrot to me (see photos). The item looks to be a colored pencil or pastel drawing / painting artwork on paper (see photos). The painting is framed in a painted over wood and bamboo style vintage picture frame. The art is signed by the artist: Blanche Simpson (see photos). The artwork is from an estate liquidation. This artwork framed measures in total about 30 inches high, and it is about 26 inches wide. The artwork portion without the picture frame measures about 20 inches high, and it is about 16 inches wide framed. The picture frame and artwork is sold in as found as is estate condition. The picture frame has been painted, it has has some foxing discoloration spots on the paper backing and it has some wear (see photos).
