This goes for all Brand New items that I sell and that are labeled as New, Never Opened etc. You need to contact the manufacturer for a replacement part or complete replacement if an item is missing in the box or not working. I can’t control items that are missing pieces or may not work that are in a sealed box. That is on the company not me. No need to leave negative feedback on an item that a manufacturer is responsible for.
