As you can see, the inside hinges are excellent, the inside front and rear endpapers are excellent, what you cannot see is that the binding is outstanding and the book was not heavily used inside. Not moldy and not musty. This came from a very stately and clean home. No markings noticed, pages are nice and clean, there is just a small amount of age spotting on the edges. Outer hinges are also excellent. This book will hold up well for many years. Excellent reading copy.
