He is partial to the Tonto region of Arizona, but as a sportsman, he traveled the world and spent a great deal of time fishing in the South Pacific (see The Reef Girl).The Walter J. Black collection of 75 books was distributed by book club subscription. It would have taken several years to collect in the 1960’s and 1970’s. Many of these books were originally published in the early 1900’s.Bound in hardcover with a beige canvas binding and attractive title art in blue and red background with the title of the book in gold print.
