Description: MADHOUSE ‘10 (The Perfect Mix)’ 12" Vinyl Maxi-single from Prince’s Other Band (Paisley Park, 1987, Cat N° 0-20795) Vinyl (reportedly unplayed) looks to be in Excellent if not Near Mint condition. Sleeve (see accompanying photos) retains intact nearly all of its original factory shrinkwrap (unsealed along top edge) which has largely protected it except for some ringwear visible through the cardboard on both front and back, presumably from tight storage conditions at some point in its past. There is also a pronounced diagonal crease from edge to edge in the lower right corner of the back of the sleeve (it is not nearly as visible on the front side).
