New factory sealed items are sold as non functioning. Once they are opened, it will be considered an altered item which is non refundable. Should there be an issue with your item, I MUST be contacted within 48 hours of receipt. In the event a package is lost or damaged during transit, a refund will not be given until the Postal Inspector investigation and claim is complete. Members will be required to cooperate by providing clear photos of any damage and upload a video of dysfunctional electronics if applicable. Should the investigator prove the package was delivered undamaged, no refund will be given. This policy is to prevent fraud. Stolen mail is considered a felony. I am now documenting everything and will pursue legal action (at the buyers expense) against members who attempt to scam me. Should I incur a defect on my account from buyers who fail to follow these terms, the buyer will be required to compensate me for any losses including but not limited to eBay fee discounts.
