This is a nice early 20th-century edition of this work.Condition: Good. The binding is tight and sound. The cover is lightly soiled. The vellum spine tape is split at the bottom edges. The back cover has a crease.The bookmark is frayed and soiled. A former owner's name is written in pen on the inside front cover (Francis J.A. Neef--at one time a Professor of German at Dartmouth and later the Director of the Personnel Bureau at Dartmouth). The inside is generally clean, although a few pages may have minor stains. The inside back cover has some discoloration.
