It has little pearl clusters and dangling beads on it. It was most likely worn under a Jacket. It is from from the Personal collection of late hair stylist Sydney Guilaroff and Lucille's close friend. He is best known for designing all the hair styles for Breakfast at Tiffany's and working in the industry since the 1930's. He has been close friends with Legends from Garbo to Crawford to MM.
