The Beaver Tail Forend was utilized on the Ithaca Model 150. As shown in the 1973 catalog. This kit includes an extractor style Beaver tail Forend and the following list of metal parts required for this conversion: *Forend push down rod (311252) *Forend push down rod guide (311253) *Forend push down rod spring (311254) *Forend push down rod retaining screw (311255) *Forend Nut (311103) *Forend Piece screw (311102L) *Forend wood screw (311101) The original forend metal piece and locking piece must be used with this conversion kit. (These parts are not supplied in this kit). A qualified gunsmith will need to assemble, fit and adjust this forend kit to the shotgun receiver and barrel. This is new / old stock and has never been used or installed. The wood may have some minor scratches or other small indentations from storage or shipping.
